Custom fabrication generally runs about three weeks, though that moves with the complexity of the design and the lead time on the operator and access control equipment. Installations of stock gates and operator-only jobs are usually much faster. We give you a realistic timeline up front rather than an optimistic one.
Can I see and speak to whoever is at my gate from my phone?
Yes. Cellular keypads with live video let you see the person at your gate, talk to them, and open the gate from anywhere you have a signal. It is one of the most popular upgrades we install, particularly for properties with long driveways where the gate is not visible from the house.
What warranty do you offer?
One year on all of our workmanship and two years on equipment we sell. If something fails inside that window we come out and take care of it.
